Yes. Many clients build full departments with us, starting with 1–2 hires and scaling from there.

Yes. A 30-day notice is standard for any role adjustments, helping prevent operational disruption and maintaining team morale. However, exceptions may apply in urgent or critical scenarios. We’ll always evaluate context and work with you to manage transitions effectively.

Yes. You can either provide your own equipment (we’ll handle delivery and retrieval) or let us manage the setup. Equipment setup fees may apply if specialized hardware is required.

Contingency Recruiting

Contingency Recruiting is a performance-based hiring service where we find top talent and you only pay if you hire. It’s perfect for urgent, high-impact, or hard-to-fill roles.

We support both technical and non-technical roles across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, software development, customer success, IT, and executive support—adapting to your growth stage and internal structure.

We charge 15% of the candidate’s first-year salary. This is paid in two parts: 50% upon hire, and 50% after 90 days, once the candidate successfully completes their probation.

Yes. All contingency hires include a 90-day replacement guarantee in case the role isn’t the right fit.

We specialize in hard-to-fill positions. Our sourcing strategy and network reach help uncover high-quality candidates most teams miss.

For staffing: yes. For contingency, we support both nearshore and onshore (U.S. or Canada-based) hires, depending on client needs.

Just book a discovery call. Once we align on your hiring needs, we’ll begin sourcing, and you’ll start receiving qualified candidates within 5–7 business days.

Most placements are made in 2–6 weeks, depending on the role, seniority, and responsiveness during the interview process.

We send candidates in focused batches of 3–5 qualified profiles per role. Each one is carefully vetted to match your criteria and ready for review or interview.

Our Nearshore Staffing is billed at a fixed monthly rate per contractor. Contingency Recruiting is billed at 15% of salary. No hidden fees.

There are no setup fees unless you require custom equipment or a technical setup. If you provide your own gear, we’ll handle delivery and recovery.

Yes. All nearshore contractors receive full benefits as part of their compensation. These are included in the fixed price.

Yes. We follow all major U.S. holidays unless your business requires coverage. We’ll coordinate ahead of time to ensure smooth planning.

Yes. We’ll always discuss adjustments transparently if role complexity, language level, or experience requirements change significantly.
