Our Origin Story
Spot On TLNT was founded by Rafael Canaca, a seasoned recruitment strategist with over a decade of hands-on experience building and scaling teams across North and Central America.
Rafael began his career in the BPO industry, working his way from the front lines of customer support to leading recruitment strategies for multi-site operations. His early success was rooted in initiative—volunteering, learning, and leading from the ground up. That experience eventually opened the door to the U.S. market, where he spent years managing technical recruitment for enterprise software teams and startup founders.
But the idea behind Spot On TLNT came from a different insight: while opportunities in tech were growing fast, support and non-technical roles remained overlooked, despite being critical to business success.
Spot On TLNT was created to change that. To bring structure, flexibility, and global reach to the teams behind the scenes. And to help growing businesses hire smarter, without long-term risk.
